The Wisdom of Fall

Have you noticed that a great many things don't feel the same for you – even though many of your 'normal activities' have resumed?

Or maybe it just seems to take a whole lot more energy to do the things you were used to doing with ease. Perhaps you have little interest in doing some of those things at all anymore. And yet, you want to be active and engaged again.

 Something has changed.

A lot of us are realizing that while many of the activities and opportunities are “back on”, somehow, we are not.

As much as we wanted to get back to 'normal' it is becoming apparent that ‘normal’ has changed. Actually, it is us who have changed.

We are not the same people we were three years ago, nor is our world. Yet, the Truth of our divine nature and the nature of the Divine Itself has not changed.

I believe that it is imperative that we take notice of all that is being revealed to us in the absence of ‘normal’.

The fall season invites us to slow down and cuddle up so that we may be nurtured in the process of remembering and letting go of what has been.

As the daylight begins to shorten, let us use the wisdom of the season to slow down and tune in to what has changed within us. We can trust the inner light of Spirit to illuminate us from within.
